SR-1: Mechanistic Derivation of Relativistic Effects via Space Stress Vector (SSV) in the Dipole Sea

Abstract: CPP derives special relativistic effects — time dilation, length contraction, and the twin paradox — from geometric constraints in a discrete 4D lattice based on the 600-cell. Kinetic energy stored as excess SSV reduces effective Voronoi cell volumes, shrinking the Planck Sphere Radius and limiting displacement per absolute Moment. The coupling constant k ≈ 2.16 × 10^-114 m³/J is derived from 600-cell packing geometry with no free parameters. Existing muon storage-ring data at 10¹⁸g are fully consistent.
